As a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for the daily operations of the assembly line and its quality control procedures. You will need to know how to use all tools, machines, and equipment related to manufacturing. In addition, you will assure that all production operations comply with established policies and procedures.

The Production Supervisor (2nd Shift) is responsible for directly supervising department Teams. This includes carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, training, and hiring Teams, planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance, addressing team issues, and upholding safety and quality guidelines.

2nd Shift Production Supervisor Requirements:

  • Over three (5) years of experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment and managing people/teams
  • HS Diploma (or GED) required; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree is preferred

2nd Shift Production Supervisor Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary range: $75,000 to $80,000
