Estimator/Project Manager Requirements:

• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in estimating and managing asphalt and concrete DOT, municipal, and commercial projects, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Proficiency in INDOT specifications, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Project, as well as digitizing takeoff software; familiarity with KYTC Specifications is a plus.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong organizational and time management skills are a must.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
