Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

  • Oversee our high-volume restaurant operations, $10+ million
  • Upholds standards of the brand and holding team accountable
  • Mentor and develop our team, including cultivating culture within the team
  • Administrative duties: scheduling, inventory, HR issues

Restaurant Manager Requirements:

  • Management experience with upscale casual or fine dining concepts
  • At least 5 years of Restaurant Manager experience
  • Must have hands-on/high-volume experience
  • Professional attitude and system-oriented
  • Strong leadership skills: a role model for the team
  • Steady tenure, no more than 3 jobs in the last 5 yrs
  • Must be highly team-oriented and quality food-focused
