Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

Role modeling expected behavior and coaching team on standards
Provide amazing customer service and exceed our customer's expectations
Work side by side with the team in the kitchen – preparing and delivering savory food to the front line
Coaching, training, and onboarding team members
Evaluating and retraining employees
Opening and closing the restaurant
Sanitation is important! You will maintain a clean and well-stocked work area
Willingness to learn new things

Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:

Must have an open availability
High School or equivalent (preferred)
Driver's License (preferred)

Restaurant General Manager Benefits:
