A passionate team of philanthropists seeking a Director of Capacity Building! This position will create and manage high quality capacity building offerings and bring a passion and expertise in developing professional development and innovative learning opportunities to Miami’s nonprofit community.
Director of Capacity Building Benefits/Perks:

Director of Capacity Building Requirements/Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Master’s degree or equivalent work or life experiences.
- Seven plus years in a nonprofit leadership role.
- Strong background/understanding of Miami’s nonprofit landscape
- Responsible for the design, development, and implementation of community-facing capacity building programs and services made available through our Foundation.
- Create and maintain a robust network of potential capacity building providers, locally and nationally, that we can consider partnering with in executing our capacity building work.
- Build quality relationships with nonprofit leaders to support their organizational capacity building goals through one-on-one meetings and attendance of key community events.
- Attend local and national capacity building programs and conferences, and serve as a subject-matter expert as appropriate.
