Partner-Level Family Law Attorney benefits and compensation:
- Competitive base salary ranging from $125K-$185K
- Quarterly bonuses
- Work-life balance being remote (except for court appearances)

Partner-Level Family Law Attorney Qualifications and Responsibilities:
Must be barred in New Jersey or New York with a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- 8+ years experience in family law
- Exhibit adeptness in handling delicate Family Law issues with tact and integrity.
- Display exceptional negotiation and conflict resolution capabilities.
- Showcase strong attention to detail, analytical prowess, and problem-solving skills.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Book of business/active caseload required
