Our established Upscale Scratch Restaurant, Wine Bar and Bottle Shop concept is seeking a Chef de Cuisine to lead our newest venue to success! Restaurant and Wine Bar Chef de Cuisine Qualifications/Responsibilities:
- Minimum 2-5 years of cooking experience in a fine dining scratch kitchen environment and experience in a culinary leadership role
- Exemplify values of exceptional service, oversee all kitchen staff, instill team collaboration, and executes operational excellence
- Oversight of all activities of all cooks and other kitchen personnel engaged in preparing, cooking, creating and presenting food according to restaurant standard recipes and ensuring a quality food product is delivered
- Create custom wine dinner menus in collaboration with our corporate office
- Accountability for fiscal health of all aspects concerning the heart of the house
- Recruit, train and coach heart of house team members to successfully uphold established brand standards
- Proven financial aptitude to calculate figures and amounts to meet business standards
