We are currently seeking a Financial Controller for a well-established growing company. The ideal candidate for the Financial Controller role will be responsible for managing the accounting operations and ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting and the effectiveness of internal controls.

Financial Controller Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary ranging from $90K – $120K based on experience

• Comprehensive Benefit Package

Financial Controller Responsibilities and Requirements:

• 3-5 years’ experience as a Financial Controller within a Manufacturing environment. 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or business-related field.

• Oversee the activities of the Accounting Department.

• Financial & cost account coverage for 5 manufacturing facilities.

• Ensure the timely and accurate month-end/year-end close

• Research and fix any outstanding variances.

• Take initiative to drive improvements as identified.

• Lead interim and year-end audit work.

• Provide oversight of cycle count accuracy and assist with physical inventories if deemed necessary.

• · Evaluate financial performance and assess risks and opportunities to deliver commitments for year-over-year growth.

• Directly supervises 3-4 employees in the Accounting Department.

• Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.

• Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees.
