Our established Upscale Scratch Restaurant, Wine Bar and Bottle Shop concept seeks a General Manager to lead our newest venue to success! Restaurant and Wine Bar General Manager Benefits:

Restaurant and Wine Bar General Manager Qualifications/Responsibilities:
- Solid tenure as a GM of an upscale scratch kitchen restaurant and bar (passion for wine highly desirable)
- Strong leadership and ability to make an immediate impact on restaurant results
- High energy and charismatic approach to guest interactions to deliver exceptional hospitality
- Recruit, train and coach team members to successfully uphold established service standards
- Build strong, cohesive teams that embrace a guest-focused mentality
- Drive revenue growth through campaigns to attract new guests and to build loyal repeat clientele through superior execution
- Proven financial aptitude to grow bottom-line profits through planning and accountability.
