Buyer II / Procurement Manager Responsibilities:
- Source, quote, and negotiate best price, quality, and delivery for products and services in accordance with company policies
- Quality Inspection experience a plus!
- Evaluate and analyze multiple supplier quotes to determine cost-effective options to meet project requirements
- Review and understand specifications and expectations of internal and external customers to ensure successful ordering
- Create and issue purchase orders and transfers accurately and timely
- Develop and maintain supplier relationships to build successful partnerships and monitor supplier performance
Buyer II / Procurement Manager Requirements:
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Business or Supply Chain, or equivalent experience
- 2-5 years of purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Outlook, Access, Excel, and Word
