We are looking for a Landscape Architect with 7+ years of experience to join our team. You will design site development projects, including grading, road design, and erosion control, while collaborating with civil engineers, designers, and CADD operators. This role involves both independent work and teamwork on detailed site, subdivision, and landscape plans. Apply today!
Landscape Architect Responsibilities:
- Lead site planning and landscape design for various site development projects.
- Oversee layout, design, and management of permitting processes for site plans, grading, roads, driveways, and erosion/sediment control.
- Collaborate with civil engineers, designers, and CADD operators, while working closely with Principals and project managers.
- Prepare site plans, subdivision layouts, grading and landscape plans, roadway/driveway designs, and earthwork calculations.
- Work on complex and challenging tasks, contributing to larger projects alongside engineers and landscape architects.
Landscape Architect Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture
- 7+ years of relevant experience in a professional setting
- Certification as a Registered Landscape Architect (RLA) in NY is preferred
- Strong ability to collaborate and work effectively within a team environment
- Proficiency in landscape architecture principles, techniques, and practices
- Expertise in computer-aided design and drafting (AutoCAD Civil 3D)
