Are you a Certified Public Accountant with a passion for tax planning and wealth management? As a key player in our firm, you’ll enhance our Tax Planning, Financial Planning, and Wealth Management services while working closely with other trusted advisors, all within a collaborative and supportive environment that values your expertise and contributions.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably with an Accounting Firm in personal tax preparation
• Leadership experience in managerial or operational roles
• Extensive knowledge in personal and small business tax, charitable gifting, tax-efficient cash flow planning, and wealth transfer solutions
• Proficiency in Financial Planning software platforms and Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree (Required)
• Current CPA designation (Required)
• Series 65 or 66 license (Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Enhance Tax Planning, Financial Planning, and Wealth Management service offerings
• Assist Relationship Managers with client-facing communication
• Conduct detailed tax document reviews
• Lead internal knowledge-building seminars
• Train associates on technology solutions and firm best practices
• Foster collaboration between CPAs, Estate Attorneys, and other professionals
• Engage in company events and client activities to strengthen relationships
• Adhere to company and compliance policies and procedures
