Are you a Certified Public Accountant with a passion for tax planning and wealth management? This is your opportunity to join an elite team of professionals dedicated to helping individuals, families, and institutions achieve their financial goals. As a key player in our firm, you’ll enhance our Tax Planning, Financial Planning, and Wealth Management services while working closely with other trusted advisors, all within a collaborative and supportive environment that values your expertise and contributions.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably with an Accounting Firm in personal tax preparation
- Leadership experience in managerial or operational roles
- Extensive knowledge in personal and small business tax, charitable gifting, tax-efficient cash flow planning, and wealth transfer solutions
- Proficiency in Financial Planning software platforms and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree (Required)
- Current CPA designation (Required)
- Series 65 or 66 license (Preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance Tax Planning, Financial Planning, and Wealth Management service offerings
- Assist Relationship Managers with client-facing communication
- Conduct detailed tax document reviews
- Lead internal knowledge-building seminars
- Train associates on technology solutions and firm best practices
- Foster collaboration between CPAs, Estate Attorneys, and other professionals
- Engage in company events and client activities to strengthen relationships
- Adhere to company and compliance policies and procedures
