We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager in Grand Rapids, Michigan to oversee multiple dining establishments within a high-end, hospitality-driven venue. This role is integral to maintaining top-tier service standards and operational excellence in the front-of-house.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive base salary ranging from $90,000 to $105,000, plus performance-based bonuses

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operations of four restaurants and related outlets, ensuring compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures
- Collaborate with the Director of Food & Beverage to develop and manage the annual operating and capital budgets for front-of-house operations
- Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with company policies and Health Department regulations
- Ensure all team members are trained and adhere to company standards and protocols
- Create and manage staff schedules and responsibilities to ensure optimal staffing levels, balancing service standards with labor efficiency
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in Restaurant Management, Hospitality, or a related field (Experience may substitute for a degree)
- A minimum of five years in upscale or fine dining restaurant management, with full profit and loss responsibility. Experience in a AAA – 4 Diamond or higher establishment is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage guests, team members, and upper management
- Extensive knowledge of food, wine, spirits, and beverages
- A keen eye for detail to uphold high operational and appearance standards throughout the venue
