Restaurant District Manager Responsibilities:

·        Operational Management

·        Financial Performance

·        Team leadership and development

·        Customer service excellence

·        Marketing and Community engagement

Restaurant District Manager Qualifications:

·        Minimum of 3 years of experience in multi-unit restaurant management.

·        Proven track record of achieving sales and profit targets.

·        Understanding P&L and how to drive KPIs

·        Experience in training and developing team members.

·        Strong leadership and team-building abilities.

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Ability to analyze financial data and develop actionable plans.

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and restaurant management software.
