An exciting up-and-coming restaurant group in Sumter, SC is looking for a passionate Restaurant Manager to lead its newest restaurant opening! If you have a passion for creating an exceptional dining experience and are looking to take your career to the next level, please apply today!

Restaurant Manager Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations
  • Coach and develop service/bar staff on service techniques and wine/beverage knowledge
  • Staffing/training/scheduling
  • Beverage purchasing/Inventory control

Restaurant Manager Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of previous experience in a similar role-Upscale to Fine Dining Management Experience Required
  • New restaurant opening experience highly preferred
  • Extensive wine and beverage knowledge
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Passionate about exceptional guest service
  • Staff accountability and uphold restaurant standards
  • Proven track record of controlling costs and managing labor
  • Have a solid understanding of sales and cost management
