Civil Engineer Requirements:
- 2–8 years of experience in civil engineering or related roles
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D) and other engineering tools
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards
- Familiarity with relevant regulations, codes, and standards
- Strong project management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Knowledge of environmental impact, safety, and risk management practices
Civil Engineer Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
- Experience in land development, water/wastewater/drainage.) preferred
- Experience managing diverse civil engineering projects
- Professional Engineering (PE) license or the ability to obtain one
