Sales Manager Benefits:
- Base salary in the $60s BOE
- GENEROUS bonuses and incentives exceeding 100%= TOTAL COMP ABOVE $120K++

No two days are ever the same, but most days will include the following responsibilities for our Sales Manager:
- Team Leadership: Setting and following up on goals with your team
- Business development: researching and pursuing new avenues and sales opportunities
- Travel to sites to shadow team members meeting potential clients and follow up on projects
- Leading/ attending relevant meetings with team and clients
- Pursuing your own portfolio of client work
You’re a good fit for our Sales Manager role if you have/are:
- 3-5 years’ experience ideally in residential construction/ home improvement sector
- 1-2 years' experience as a team leader
- Demonstrated strength in new business development
- A coaching approach to train and motivate your team to be their best
- Self-driven, goal-oriented mindset, capable of working independently to set and achieve aggressive goals
- Solid sales drive and skillset necessary for success in this role
- Outgoing, charismatic temperament; proactive, not reactive
