A stable, family-friendly, 100+-year-old insurance broker is looking for a Personal Lines Account Manager to join their growing firm.

PERSONAL LINES ACCOUNT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build relationships and resolve problems for customers
  • Quote and bind surplus lines renewals
  • Compare applications, quotes, and policies to ensure accuracy
  • Issue and reviews binders, auto ID cards, COIs, and EOPs
  • Process change requests
  • Support insureds with coverage and billing questions
  • Quote and issue new business

PERSONAL LINES ACCOUNT MANAGER REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years experience in customer success, account management, sales, or another client-facing role within personal lines
  • Absolutely great attitude, willing to wear different hats, excited to learn and make a difference
  • Active P&C license
  • Epic experience preferred

  • Salary
