WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN A PRIVATE DINING CLUB MANAGER:

A seasoned restaurant manager with experience in fine dining concepts to manage all areas of a

positive guest dining experience through sound operations, staff management and development,

while guarding a hospitable culture that results in successful financial performance and “Best in

Class” private club.

WHAT WE’RE OFFERING A PRIVATE DINING CLUB MAITRE D:

● Up To $78,000 salary plus benefits and attainable quarterly and annual bonuses

● Trust, sincerity and transparency

● Paid vacation: 5 days upon hire, additional 5 days after 6 months of employment, 15 days after

1 year of employment, 20 days after 3 years of employment

● Closed major holidays: Christmas Day, Thanksgiving Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor

Day
