General Manager needed for a new event venue in uptown New Orleans! Amazing company with great benefits. If you have experience in event and live music venues, we would love to talk to you!

General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing all operations including staffing, programming, and catering.
  • Managing supply orders, staff recruitment, training, and performance, while maintaining high standards in labor costs, profitability, guest satisfaction, and facility cleanliness.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Operations to ensure top-tier performance across all areas
  • Creating a positive work environment, ensuring effective staff training and development, and maintaining open communication.
  • Guest relations, problem-solving, and ensures compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
  • Financial responsibilities include managing labor costs, adhering to budgets, and overseeing accurate financial reporting.

General Manager Requirements:

  • 5+ years of management experience
  • ServSafe certification
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Professional presence
