Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities

  • Reinforce a strong people-first culture
  • Uphold our exceptional brand standards of quality food – served quickly and efficiently
  • Operate a restaurant efficiently and in a fiscally responsible manner, making sound decisions that lead to continued profitability and success
  • Put the safety of the team and the public first at all times, including upholding high levels of sanitation practices
  • Make all staffing decisions with the guidance of the District Manager

Restaurant General Manager Minimum Qualifications

  • 2 years' recent fast-food General Manager experience
  • Drive-thru experience required
  • Ability to interpret and manage financial statements
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team toward success
  • Maturity, good judgment, and excellent communication skills
  • Valid driver's license and personal vehicle for bank deposits
