Outside Executive Sales Leader

Our client is seeking an energetic sales leader ready to drive the expansion of an advanced Contact Center and BPO company into the U.S. market.

BPO Outside Sales Benefits:

BPO Outside Sales Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue and build a strong sales pipeline
  • Respond swiftly to sales inquiries via email, phone, and LinkedIn
  • Facilitate client site visits and travel to our locations in Mexico and LATAM
  • Lead company introduction presentations to new prospects
  • Collaborate on closing existing leads and enhance marketing channels for greater market penetration
  • Develop and implement innovative sales and marketing strategies to effectively enter the U.S. market
  • Conduct regular meetings with our Mexico team to review the pipeline and align marketing efforts
  • Utilize sales management tools to track and improve performance

BPO Outside Sales Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in the Contact Center and BPO sector
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with sales management tools (Salesforce, Apollo, HubSpot, Sales Navigator)
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, as well as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and management skills
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and current digital trends
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required
