We are a growing company looking to hire an Executive Sous Chef for one of our well-known upscale restaurants! We are looking for someone who is passionate about a team environment and thrives in a high-volume, scratch kitchen. Seafood experience is a plus

Executive Sous Chef Responsibilities:
- Training and developing team members
- Be the go-to BOH person, following the Executive Chef
- Lead by example
- Calm under pressure
Executive Sous Chef Qualifications:
- 3+ years in a similar role in a scratch kitchen environment
- High volume experience
- Upscale background preferred
