We are seeking a visionary General Manager to lead our luxury home furnishings store, with oversight of additional outlets. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of exceptional leadership, a passion for high-end design, and a proven track record in retail management. This role offers the unique opportunity to shape the customer experience, drive store performance, and expand our brand's presence.

General Manager Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years in a General Manager capacity, preferably in high-end retail and/or home furnishings,
- Experience overseeing annual revenues exceeding $2m+.
- Ability to thrive in a Sales-Driven environment, encouraging your team to meet and exceed their sales goals, all while leading the sales charge on the floor themselves.
- Desire to grow, our business is poised for growth, and the right person will be ready to grow with us.
- You must be able to balance several moving parts. This role will not only oversee the showroom, but other outlets as well.
