Restaurant General Manager Requirements:
- 5+ years experience as a General Manager in a fine dining or upscale restaurant.
- NRO experience a must!
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on training and development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of fine dining service standards and culinary trends.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
