Civil engineering and land surveying firm is seeking a Licensed Professional Civil Engineer with municipal, subdivision, and land development experience to join their team.

Civil PE Qualifications:
- Licensed Pennsylvania P.E.
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in land development projects
- Experience with NPDES, Chapter 102, 105 & MS4 permitting and reporting.
- Experience with site civil including paving, grading, drainage, erosion, water/wastewater, sewer, and stormwater.
- Highly proficient in AutoCAD, AutoCAD Civil 3D, PondPack, and FlowMaster
- Familiar with local, state and federal approval requirements and processes
Civil PE Responsibilities:
- Municipal Plan Review for Zoning, Subdivision, and Land Development.
- Supervising all turnkey project aspects from oversight of design, schedule, budgeting, client communications, team leadership, quality control, delivery, etc.
