Do you have Business Development Experience? If so a Famous Fast-casual Restaurant Concept needs You! We need trendsetters with great ideas who have the ability to research industry trends, related events, and publications in the Fast Casual genre which is taking the country by storm post pandemic!
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain and manage multiple service accounts for franchisees.
- Ideas and strategies to expand the business, formation of strategic partnerships, ability to increase profits.
- Proven track record of outstanding negotiation skills with a well-defined approach for hunting and closing projects.
- Establish and maintain a healthy relationship with current and future vendors/partners.
- Ability to set up discovery calls to review both clients and business needs based on new business opportunities and recommendations.
- Review proposals, statements of work, and responses to Requests for Information and quotes.
- Experience in acquiring business through Managed Service Provider/Direct Client acquisition.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- 3-5 years of Business Development experience, restaurant industry preferred.
- Experience working with Franchisees is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, analytical with a thinking outside the box mentality.
- Experience with Microsoft Suite programs.
- Critical thinking and proven problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness.
- Ability to lift 15 lbs. as well as sit for extended periods.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- A relevant Bachelor's Degree ( Business or Marketing) is preferred or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
