BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain and manage multiple service accounts for franchisees.
• Ideas and strategies to expand the business, formation of strategic partnerships, ability to increase profits.
• Proven track record of outstanding negotiation skills with a well-defined approach for hunting and closing projects.
• Establish and maintain a healthy relationship with current and future vendors/partners.
• Ability to set up discovery calls to review both clients and business needs based on new business opportunities and recommendations.
• Review proposals, statements of work, and responses to Requests for Information and quotes.
• Experience in acquiring business through Managed Service Provider/Direct Client acquisition.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• 3-5 years of Business Development experience, restaurant industry preferred.
• Experience working with Franchisees is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, analytical with a thinking outside the box mentality.
• Experience with Microsoft Suite programs.
• Critical thinking and proven problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness.
• Ability to lift 15 lbs. as well as sit for extended periods.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

• A relevant Bachelor's Degree ( Business or Marketing) is preferred or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
