Hospitality Group is looking for a Fine Dining General Manager in the Milwaukee area manage its team members. Extensive Fine Dining experience, including wine knowledge and familiarity with craft cocktails is a must to succeed.

What Skills You Need:

·       2 – 3 years as a GM in Fine Dining and 5 years restaurant management

·       People leadership skills and communication

·       Scheduling effectively to handle volume while meeting labor budget

·       Food manager and liquor license required or attainable in 6 months

What You Will Do:

·       Owns all team member activities including training, development and counseling

·       Responsible for all restaurant operations in the front and back of the house

·       Ensure guest satisfaction and deliver impeccable service standards and experience

·       P&L analysis and action planning to address performance and financial deficiencies
