Vibrant and thriving Restaurant Group is looking for a Fine Dining General Manager to lead its dynamic team. The ideal candidate has some hotel experience.
Fine Dining General Manager Requisites:
· 3+ years of restaurant management experience with at least 2 years in fine dining
· Solid understanding of P&L and identifying performance deficiencies
· Effective in both front and back of house operations
· Food Manager Certification and Liquor License required within first 6 months of employment
Fine Dining General Manager Benefits:
· Salary $95 – 105k plus bonus

Fine Dining General Manager Responsibilities:
· Oversee and own the guest experience in the restaurant
· Train, manage and hold team members accountable to restaurant standards
· Analyze, identify and plan to address performance deficiencies
· Own driving revenue, cost control and profitability
