Our growing restaurant group is looking for a dynamic and high-energy Assistant General Manager for our high-end wine-inspired restaurant concept opening soon. The menu is from scratch and features many items locally sourced. This candidate must be an expert at hiring and training staff, people development, managing inventory and controlling costs.
Assistant General Manager Requirements
- Manage Inventory and all related systems
- Manage and Control Costs
- Train, coach, and develop hourly team members and drive sales
- Lead the team to execute and deliver an extensive menu
Assistant General Manager Qualifications
- 4+ years of upscale Manager experience
- Tenure of 2+ years
- Ability to build relationships with vendors
- Understand a P&L and daily administration
- Have a guest-first attitude and drive the team to have the same attitude
