Ideal candidates come from high volume, casual or upscale casual, full-service corporate concepts, or independent brands – a combination of both might be the perfect recipe!! General Manager Requirements:
- 2-5 years as a General Manager in full-service
- Previous experience from upscale notable concepts a must
- Annual sales volume experience of $4 million+
- Strong upscale bar background preferred
- Stable tenure, no more than 2 jobs in 5 years
- High energy, hands-on hospitality leader
