Multi-Unit DO Restaurant Manager:

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee staff as a respected leader
• Ensure a high-quality of guest satisfaction
• Train staff, ensuring success
• Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
• Create a positive work environment, bringing energy to the job daily
• Ability to train and develop staff from management level to hourlies

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the Full-Service Multi-Unit market
• The ability to lead and work with a team
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, stressful environment
• Excellent written and communication skills
• The ability to think on your feet
• Ability to handle Corporate Responsibilities
• 3 to 5 years of experience as a multi-unit director
• Sales responsibility of 20 Million per Year
• Full awareness of financials, including forecasting and budgeting
