Upscale Fast-Casual Chef/Executive Kitchen Manager
We seek a dynamic and experienced Chef or Executive Kitchen Manager for our expanding upscale fast-casual restaurant. The ideal candidate must have a people-first, hands-on management style and a proven track record of success in the industry.

Requirements:
- At least 2–3 years of management experience in a branded, scratch, farm-to-table kitchen
- Experience managing a restaurant with annual revenue of at least $3 million
- Good tenure with former employment
- Strong culinary skills, including experience in fabricating meat and seafood
- Successful financial management skills
- Proven ability to develop and lead a kitchen team
