Qualifications and Expectations for General Manager:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a General Manager in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry.
- Proven track record with drive-thru operations.
- Demonstrated history of excellent tenure.
- Exemplify integrity in all professional interactions.
- Proficiency in effectively managing and motivating a large team.
- Thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
- Responsible for the recruitment, training, and continuous development of staff.
