Restaurant General Manager Benefits:

Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities/Qualifications:
- 2+ years of GM experience in a fast-casual, fast-food, or full-service restaurant
- Exceed guest expectations
- Lead team with a hands-on leadership style
- Demonstrate a "Run it like you own it" attitude
- Be the face of the restaurant in the community
- The ability to assist by working shoulder-to-shoulder with the team
- People Person – Hire -Train – Motivate – Build a Team
