Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities/Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of GM experience in a fast-casual, fast-food, or full-service restaurant
  • Exceed guest expectations
  • Lead team with a hands-on leadership style
  • Demonstrate a "Run it like you own it" attitude
  • Be the face of the restaurant in the community
  • The ability to assist by working shoulder-to-shoulder with the team
  • People Person – Hire -Train – Motivate – Build a Team
