Culinary Director Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience as an Executive Chef, preferably multi-unit, in a fine-dining or upscale, scratch kitchen environment.
- Strong financial and organizational acumen concerning costing, recipe specs, and labor control.
- A creative spirit and a commitment to excellence.
