We are seeking an experienced General Manager for our boutique bed and breakfast in California.

General Manager Requirements and Responsibilities:

• The ideal candidate will have extensive hospitality experience, particularly in managing small properties.
• They will be skilled at optimizing profit and loss statements, and keeping expenses low while increasing revenue.
• Take pride in owning all aspects of their managed units, including employee engagement, property performance metrics, and contributions to revenue.
• The ideal enjoys being hands-on and cultivating a service-oriented culture with a highly motivated and energetic on-site team of hourly employees
