An iconic, luxury Hotel in the North East is seeking a Hotel General Manager with luxury experience to join the team. This General Manager must have a solid background in uncompromising service. This leader will inspire and embrace the vision of the team.

Hotel General Manager Responsibilities:
- Direct all hotel operations and department heads
- Be a strong leader that inspires the team
- Prepare for seasonal staff and business and maximum profitability
- Ensure a positive work environment for the staff and continently drive company culture
- Create once-in-a-lifetime experiences for the guests
Hotel General Manager Qualifications:
- Luxury hotel experience
- Experience controlling all elements of financials
- Effective communicator
- Proven track record of attracting and retaining talent
