Machine Shop Operations Manager Perks

Machine Shop Operations Manager Requirements
- A Bachelor's in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering with progressive experience in a machine shop or automotive repair shop
- Experience in a customer/client-facing role
- Experience managing teams from multiple departments with multiple projects simultaneously
Machine Shop Operations Manager Responsibilities
- Set operational goals and objectives to drive operations and complete customer orders by the deadline
- Implement effective and sustainable best-in-class manufacturing processes
- Develops capacity models, and optimizes scheduling and setup. Identifies gaps and develops plans to address
- Develops plans for optimal use of materials, machines, and members
