This gorgeous boutique luxury hotel property located in Los Angeles is seeking a Director of Finance. If you are a passionate finance professional with a strong hotel background, and you are seeking to join a team that cares, send us your resume today!

Director of Finance Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in a Director of Finance role or equivalent experience in hotels or resorts. Candidates must have Director level experience in luxury and/or boutique hotels
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field. MBA is ideal.
  • Strong financial, organizational, leadership and operational skillset
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills; ability to work effectively with a diverse group of people with often competing agendas
  • Must have experience creating P & L statements, forecasting, and budgeting
  • Experience presenting financial reports directly to ownership and working on tight deadlines
  • Desire to grow with boutique hotel brand
