Restaurant General Manager Requirements

  • 2+ years of GM experience in a full-service, upscale to fine dining environment
  • Exposure to sales volumes of $5+ million per year
  • Exceptionally service-oriented and hospitality-driven
  • The desire to learn and grow with the company

  • Leadership presence and involvement in all areas of the business
