Our client, is seeking an experienced Wealth Management/Sales Leader to lead and manage the Financial Planning & Sales team. This role oversees daily operations, improves workflow and productivity, and collaborates with the CEO to enhance planning strategies and processes.
Benefits and Compensation
- Competitive base salary, $125-150k.
- Performance-based quarterly bonuses, potential ranging from $20K – $50K.
- Potential for future compensation opportunities, including PSOs, NQDC, and others.

Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Series 65 or Series 66 license required
- 5-10+ years of experience in the financial planning industry
- 3-5+ years of experience in a leadership or sales management role
- CFP Preferred, but not required
- Provide leadership and strategic direction
- Manage and develop team members to maintain consistent high performance and quality in all tasks
- Act as a liaison between the financial planning team and other business departments, facilitating effective communication and collaboration
- Generate and present performance reports and metrics to senior leadership
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements, operational efficiencies, and technology enhancements to boost productivity
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive process changes and achieve desired outcomes
- Offer guidance and support to team members in handling complex client situations, providing solutions to meet client needs effectively
- Strong leadership skills, with an ability to build and nurture high-performing teams, foster a culture of excellence, and achieve measurable results.
