We’re searching for a spirited Restaurant Manager with BOH experience as well to bring their expertise and passion to our lively Italian restaurant. Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
- Supervise guest services to ensure exceptional customer experiences
- Guide, train, and address performance issues with team members
- Uphold cleanliness standards and ensure a positive team atmosphere
- Comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines
Restaurant Manager Qualifications:
- Ability to inspire and recognize outstanding performance while setting a positive example
- Experience in managing full-service restaurants
- Adaptable to a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
- BOH experience preferred
Restaurant Manager Compensation:
- Quarterly bonus tied to performance metrics
