We are seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Housekeeping to help lead our team. If you love energizing a team to be their best, are detail-focused, and are experienced in large full-service hotel properties, you will enjoy leading and developing our competent and caring staff!

Assistant Director of Housekeeping Requirements & Responsibilities:

  • Lead and direct the housekeeping team to ensure the highest level of service
  • 2+ years of previous Housekeeping Leadership experience in a full-service hotel
  • Union hotel experience
  • Exceptional attention to detail, safety, cleanliness, and passion for hospitality
  • Effective and clear communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Contagious, friendly, and positive can-do attitude!
  • Manage, hire, train, schedule, and motivate a diverse group of housekeepers and attendants
  • Provide exceptional guest service and uphold brand standards by exceeding expectations
  • Ensure your team has all the resources and training needed to work effectively
  • Open availability
