Human Resource Manager Responsibilities:

  • Be the face of the hotel for any internal questions
  • Assist in team building and own employee retention
  • Keep employee files and job descriptions up to date
  • Answer questions about the company

Human Resource Manager Qualifications:

  • Human Resource experience and hospitality preferred
  • Organized, self-starter, and motivated to speak all-day
  • Knowledge of computer systems
  • Ability to travel
