We are searching for a Restaurant Instructional Designer to join our team and help support the design and development of training solutions for all levels and functional areas within stores, operations, and management. You will be responsible for developing curriculum, curriculum plans, and activities to achieve organizational goals, strategies, and competencies.

Restaurant Instructional Designer Responsibilities:

  • Support the design and development of training solutions
  • Recommend, design, and develop creative learning solutions, including classroom, eLearning, and blended learning solutions
  • Plan, schedule, and track projects, maintaining appropriate deadlines
  • Support the Director of Training in delivering materials as needed
  • Champion brand standards and be a catalyst for exceptional learning tools for the brand
  • Manage the LMS platform Schoox

Restaurant Instructional Designer Qualifications:

  • Expert in an array of authoring tools with expert level of Schoox
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in instructional design and instructional technology
  • Ability to work with short deadlines and high stress on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail

Restaurant Instructional Designer Compensation and Benefits
