Sous Chef Qualifications + Responsibilities
- Experience as a Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine in a high volume, upscale, scratch kitchen environment
- Working with the team to provide an exceptional experience for all guests
- Loves coaching, training, and leading teams
- Comfortability with food and beverage based software and apps
- Responsible for effective cost management of food and labor
