We are looking for an experienced Kitchen Leader for our well-established upscale concept restaurant. High standards, positivity, ambition, solution-minded, understanding of company culture, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced line are a must for this role!

Kitchen Leader Responsibilities:
- Keeps an orderly line
- Leadership
- Mastery of current systems and continuously strives to implement efficient processes
- Sets an example for BOH team
- Monitors safety, sanitation, and temperature processes
Kitchen Leader Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
- Scratch kitchen experience preferred
- Accountability
- Impeccable safety and sanitation standards
- Strong motivator & team builder
