We are seeking a passionate and experienced upscale dining Executive Chef to join our dynamic team. In this key role, you will oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service.

Executive Chef Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive chef in an upscale dining environment with sales volume exceeding $5M
  • Servant leadership ability, strong passion to coach and develop, hospitality 1st mindset
  • ServSafe Food Safety Manager certification

Executive Chef Responsibilities:

  • Supervise kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling, while maintaining a positive and productive work environment
  • Ensure all dishes meet high standards for taste, presentation, and consistency through regular taste tests and quality checks
  • Oversee ordering, storage, and inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure cost-effective purchasing and minimal waste
