We are looking for a skilled CNC Programmer to join our well-established and growing company. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in CNC programming and a strong ability to produce high-quality products from various materials.

CNC Programmer Compensation & Benefits:

– Hourly salary range of $60K – $80K, commensurate with experience.

– Comprehensive benefits package included.

CNC Programmer Responsibilities:

– Program, set up, and troubleshoot CNC machining centers.

– Create and optimize complex CNC programs using advanced languages such as G-code and M-code.

– Develop and document CNC programs, including setup sheets and operation instructions.

– Implement quality control measures, including programming Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM).

– Apply machining knowledge, including speeds and feeds, tool geometry design, and jig/fixture design.

– Utilize machine shop mathematics and trigonometry to maintain specified tolerances.

– Experience with Makino Pro5/Pro6 or Fanuc Controls is required.

– Experience with Siemens NX is preferred.

CNC Programmer Qualifications:

– A minimum of 5 years of CNC programming experience.
